Our group, Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Surgical Associates, P.C., has been a highly successful surgical group for many years. Recently, we realized our business management skills were not on a par with our surgical skills. We asked The Bienville Group to evaluate our practice and to become management consultants for our group. In this capacity, they have served us over the last fifteen months. Hawk Sindel and his team helped us remotely with the physician template build. Sometimes combining several templates into one template for our doctors. He provided user training that allowed us to get optimal performance in our software from both Clinical and Practice systems.

As a new administrator of our Greenway System and with the help of Hawk, I was able to learn the system without going to the Greenway campus in Georgia thus saving precious time. Anytime I had a question, Hawk was only a phone call away. (never on hold for hours)

When we upgraded Greenway to the 17.0 platform, Hawk came onsite to assist with dictionary builds that would have nearly been impossible for our facility to handle alone. Also, he provided the training from Front office to Back office to Billing.
